How do you optimize for ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini?
We invite the crawlers by name in robots.txt, and the names matter more than most guidance admits: OAI-SearchBot decides whether you can be cited inside ChatGPT's answers, while GPTBot only governs training, and blocking Google-Extended does nothing to AI Overviews because those are served from ordinary Googlebot indexing.
